Charles is a close friend to all of LBF’s board members. He was born and raised in Worcester, MA and is one of NINE children!!! He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Connecticut College (1983) and a Law Degree from the Dickison’s School of Law, PA (1986). He is married 35 years to Mary Anne Tilton and is a proud father of twins.
